Skinny for summer

Aussie summer is 4 months away - my blog of getting to goal weight by then.

8kg in 10 weeks!

That shit is totally possible isn’t it?? I’m 63kg now and I want to weigh 55 when I leave for Europe. That’s 800g per week.

25 April I need to weigh at least 62.2!

I’ll check in very few days. Anyone else working towards an end of June goal???

Day 1

Right bitches I’m on track!! 500 calorie weights and cardio workout this morning and my the end of my working day (i.e. Not including dinner I’ll have eaten 980 calories) and I’m thinking a piece of grilled salmon and a green salad for dinner (bringing me to a total of 1294 for the day).

Sooooo basically I’m doing awesome :)

Now go do 10 burpees and a 2 min plank!!

15 weeks!

15 weeks until I’ll be on a plane leaving for London.

So I need to lose 8kg before I leave. That’s 1kg this week and at least 500g every week after that.

The plan is this - 1200 calories every day. I will not go over this!

6 workouts a week - 3 strength, 3 cardio (one session will be both strength and cardio) and a yoga/Pilates session a week.

And (for my long term followers you might find this a bit interesting) I’m actually seeing someone!! He’s amazingly adorable and now I’m feeling a bit of pressure (from myself - not him at all! He thinks my body is amazing) to lose these last few kg’s.
