Yoga, weights and protein shakes

20-something Aussie. I'm into fitness, back to basics type nutrition and wellness. I love yoga, meditation, barre workouts, running and all kinds of outdoor things. There's exactly 12 weeks until summer in Australia - my goal is to lose 10kg in that time!!

CW: 65kg, G1: 61kg, G2: 58kg, UGW: 55kg

My body responds quickly when lowering carbs and limiting “cheats” while upping the cardio. Love seeing the results!
